Using Chat GPT to Anagram “Chronicl” from Zodiac Nov 8 Letter

I thought it would be a good excersise to see what words come out of a circled set of letters on a November 8th, 1969 letter from the Zodiac Killer. Keep in mind that this letter was the letter that what is known as the Z340 cipher was mailed in as well.

Below is a picture of what the envelope looks like with a circled set of letters “Chronicl” for the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper. Why was that set of letters circled? See below:

I asked Chat GPT to see what words are available from the circled letters and this is what GPT came up with:

Here are some words you can make using an anagram of the letters from “Chronicl”:

  1. Chronic
  2. Chiron
  3. Rich
  4. Inch
  5. Iron
  6. Corn
  7. Icon
  8. Rich
  9. Inch
  10. Chin
  11. Corn
  12. Horn
  13. Loch
  14. Rich
  15. Inch
  16. Coin
  17. Rich
  18. Inch
  19. Chon

Conclusion: I don’t see anything that could potentially be an indication of anything related to any one suspect in the case, but I thought it would be an interesting way of looking at the circled lettes in the envelope nontheless.
