I think this may be of interest to you all as I have in a previous article described my solution to the Z13 the Zodiac name cipher. The name breaks out to his birth name, James Vaughn Jr. Notice that the A’s turn into J’s there. However, in this article I wanted to go over some of the stamps on the envelopes of the Zodiac Killer. Lets start with some of the letters which are canon.

In the following picture taken from https://www.zodiacciphers.com/zodiac-news/the-zodiac-postage we see that most of the early letters had the Franklin Roosevelt postage on them.

Thanks to ZodiacCiphers.com for doing this work. It is very helpful in this clue.

At one time the Zodiac asks “What is the Price on my head now” or something along those lines, off the top of my head I forgot which specific letter that was.

Some have speculated that he was referring to the stamp which of course features Franklin Roosevelt. Another small reason I believe may have come into play with putting Roosevelt on the envelopes is that Roosevelt was a bit anti semitic himself. I believe that he did and believed things that may have been considered somewhat anti semitic and Franklin had a few reasons to use the Franklin Roosevelt stamp as a kind of clue in itself. I believe he was “trolling” the police with his use of stamps.

Later on, we see that he used other stamps such as Washington and Jefferson as well as an “Apollo 8” stamp.

He did live in the DC area in the early 70’s which is why I believe the Zodiac killings somewhat are believed to have stopped and it is because he may have been on the East Coast for the most part. Could this use of the Washington Stamps be a clue as to where he was actually living at the time?

I’ll write another article about what I believe he was doing in the DC area, but I wanted to write this about the signifigance of the stamp evidence here.

Thank you all for reading and I have much more to follow!
