Joseph Paul Franklin at one time dreamed of becoming a police officer but because he was legally or partially blind in one eye those dreams were dashed in his teen years. Thanks for reading and the comment. I have a lot more info on him being the Zodiac. The Z13 solution just came at the end of a lot of research. No one is looking at Franklin except myself putting out things. Example: The Zodiac put many stamps of Franklin on the envelopes, at one time he wrote "FK, I'm crackproof".
